Heat Pump Project for Hotel with Heating, Cooling and Hot Water Supply

This hotel has an air conditioning area of 12,000 square meters and a daily hot water consumption of about 40 tons. We installed 11 air source heat pump module units (50P) and 4 air source heat pump triple supply units (25P, with heat recovery air source heat pump module units). The indoor end is equipped with fan coil units, and two 20 ton heat storage water tanks are also installed.
The project was completed in early 2019, and has been running steadily for over 5 years. It has sufficient hot water throughout the year, with stable results and warm winters and cool summers. In the summer air conditioning season, the system can 100% recover the waste heat discharged by the air cooling module, which is used to produce hot water for guest room living, with outstanding energy-saving effects.

In summer: 11 sets 50P air source heat pump module units and 4 sets 25P air source heat pump triple supply units operate simultaneously to meet the cooling needs. The waste heat discharged by 4 set 25P air source heat pump triple supply units is recovered through a heat recovery device and used to produce domestic hot water for guest rooms. It can completely meet the daily demand of 40 tons of hot water with a recovery rate of 100%, reducing the overall operating cost of the system while also reducing the initial investment cost.
Features:
1. The cooling load in Anhui is higher than the heating load, and the selection of units should preferably meet the refrigeration demand. Therefore, 11 units of 50P and 4 units of 25P were selected for simultaneous cooling.
2. The heating system is designed as an independent system and is not used in conjunction with the hot water system.
3. Fully utilized the heat recovery function of four 25P units, recycling hot water for normal shower needs in guest rooms during refrigeration, and independently producing hot water in winter.
4. The unit is installed on the rooftop. In order to reduce the impact of rain and snow weather on the unit, a 30cm channel steel bracket has been uniformly made, and the heat storage tank has also been built as a foundation to extend its service life.
5. Pipeline insulation shall be carried out according to the standards of the northern region, using 50mm rubber insulation cotton and wrapped with aluminum sheet on the outside.
6. Installing outdoor wires inside PPR pipes not only prolongs their service life, but also avoids damage from external factors;
7. The expansion water tank is supported by a stainless steel bracket, located at the return end and above the horizontal height of the unit.
8. The water pumps are all one for use and one for backup, and are all equipped with rain shelters.
Technical Features:
1. Adopting a world-renowned compressor brand, it adopts a unique low-pressure chamber and dual flexible design, which has advantages such as better stability, higher energy efficiency, superior resistance to liquid impact, low vibration and low noise compared to other brands.
2. Adopting large-diameter rounded axial flow fan blades and integrated design of air guide rings, it has high air volume and low noise, and is matched with an IP55 motor for strong outdoor installation protection.
3. Adopting advanced spray cooling technology, even under high ambient temperature conditions of 50 ℃, the unit can still operate safely and efficiently after starting spray cooling.

Adopting intelligent defrosting technology, it can intelligently determine whether to defrost based on the operating conditions of the unit (operating time, exhaust temperature, etc.), combined with environmental temperature and frost thickness, achieving defrosting with frost and no frost, greatly extending the defrosting cycle, shortening the defrosting time by more than 20%, and ensuring efficient operation of the unit.
5. Using a 480 step high-precision electronic expansion valve, the refrigerant flow rate is intelligently adaptively adjusted to ensure reliable and accurate refrigerant flow control.
6. The DTU system is used to achieve remote monitoring and control, real-time understanding and control of equipment operation, and lightning activation online, making pre-sales and after-sales easier. The device only needs to be powered on and activated online, eliminating the cumbersome wiring and configuration process. At the same time, it also provides remote operation functions for equipment maintenance and upgrading.
7. Adopting a dedicated diversion design, ensuring smooth drainage during defrosting and avoiding freezing; The shell is made of first-class galvanized sheet metal and anti-static coating, and the base is welded with No. 6 channel steel, making the overall structure sturdy.
8. Adopting V-shaped hydrophilic fins and internally threaded high-efficiency copper pipes, the heat exchange area is larger and defrosting is faster.
