Household Heat Pump
Description:
A household heat pump is a heating system for home use during the winter to provide heating and hot water. It can be split-type or monoblock type. Most of them are used for heating, while few of them are used for both heating and cooling. Generally, the refrigerant is R290.
Split Type Heat Pumps:
A split-type heat pump is a type of air-source heat pump that consists of an outdoor unit (condenser) and an indoor unit (evaporator). Split-type heat pumps are known for their high energy efficiency, quiet operation, and low maintenance requirements. It can be a wall-mounted type and the refrigerant can be R134a and R290, and hot air temperature up to 20℃, and hot water temperature up to 75℃. They are suitable for heating or cooling single rooms or small areas and are ideal for homes, apartments, etc.
Monoblock Heat Pumps:
A monoblock heat pump is a type of air or ground-source heat pump that consists of a single outdoor unit (condenser) that contains both the compressor and the heat exchanger. It has simplified installation, fewer refrigerant lines, and reduced maintenance costs. They are also an efficient and environmentally friendly heating and cooling option, delivering up to 4kW of heat for every 1kW of electricity used.
