Rooftop AC System for Port Substation in Sri Lanka

As the primary supplier and installer of the HVAC system, Sparkey provided a batch of rooftop AC system for a port substation construction in Sri Lanka. The rooftop air conditioning solution are customized to meet the project's unique cooling requirements, and all units are finished installation and commissioning.

Equipment Supply:
We delivered a total of 14 high-capacity rooftop packaged units (Brand: GREE) designed to meet the substation's cooling demands. This included:

6 rooftop packaged units (ranging from 10 to 25 tons)
4 units of 140-ton rooftop packaged units
4 units of 180-ton rooftop packaged units

Installation and Integration:
We sent a techinical guidance team to the constustion site, and together with local installation team handled the full mechanical and electrical installation, including:

Precise hoisting and placement of all RTU equipment according to the approved technical drawings.
Complete ductwork connections to integrate the units into the main air distribution system.
Full electrical wiring and termination to connect the units to the designated power distribution boards.

Quality and Compliance:
All supplied air-conditioning units met the C5 anti-corrosion standard, ensuring durability in the coastal location's harsh saline environment and guaranteeing long-term operational efficiency.
